1. 2024 Drawing Date: Drawing for the 2024 tax year will take place on January 22, 2025.
2. 2025 Drawing Date: The random drawing will take place on or before April 30, 2025. Access Tax Services reserves the right to adjust the drawing date with prior notice.
3. Prize Options: The winner will have the choice between:
   • A 36-month lease on a 2025 Nissan Rogue SV (10,000 miles per year, subject to dealership approval).
   • A $10,000 cash prize.
4. Lease Conditions:
   • The winner is solely responsible for meeting all terms set by the Nissan dealership, including credit approval and insurance requirements.
   • Access Tax Services is not responsible for any fees, penalties, or costs associated with the lease, including but not limited to excess mileage, damages, or lease termination.
5. Cash Advance Requirement: Only clients approved for and receiving a cash advance through Refund Advantage are eligible for entry. No purchase or additional payment is necessary beyond tax preparation fees.
6. Non-Transferable Entry: Entries are non-transferable and tied to the individual filing their taxes with Access Tax Services.
7. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted using the information provided during tax preparation. Failure to respond within 7 days of notification will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. General Liability: Access Tax Services is not responsible for:
   • Any technical issues preventing entry.
   • The dealership’s decision on lease approval.
   • Any taxes, fees, or costs associated with the prize, including federal or state tax obligations.
9. Disqualification: Access Tax Services reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have violated these terms or provided fraudulent information.

any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.
